Click Computers saved us last week. We were in a pinch and needed to either upgrade to Windows 10 or buy a new computer, and quickly. Michael was patient and took the time to ask questions and talk through all of our options with us. He then was able to make time within the next couple of days to get everything set up and taken care of. When we had a couple of glitches, he responded quickly. His assistance was invaluable, and we are now customers for life. His prices were very fair, and most of all he was honest and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We cannot say enough good things about him and this company!

Michael and Brandon from Click Computers were awesome! Michael provided a valuable consultation over the phone with a focus on saving money through the whole process but also doing the job right. Michael's quote was higher than what the final invoice came in at which was great. Brandon the technician was professional and quickly installed all required equipment while also communicating clearly on how to use and set up the equipment.

If you are looking for an amazingly awesome IT company company or if you want to update your computers or purchase new computers, I would highly recommend contacting Michael with Click Computers. They are honest and I fully trust them. They work fast and efficiently. These guys are really sharp. The first computers I purchased from them lasted 8 years. I just purchased two new computers from them to update my computers and their team not only saved me money on parts, they also saved me money on labor time. My computer crashed, I immediately started calling local companies. No one could help me for several days. I Called Click Computers and spoke with Micheal and He was very patient with me ( not knowing computers) and quoted me their pricing. It was very reasonable and he actually came to our office. My computer was fixed in 1 day and less than the quotes from others that would take a week. My husband said “looks like we have a new Computer guy now”. Highly recommend!

Michael from Click came to my home and solved my two major problems that were plaguing my laptop and desktop computers. I also asked him about repairing/upgrading an older laptop or purchasing a new one and he answered very well and comprehensively and offered to guide me when that time comes (a lot less cost and better solution than I thought). Took less than 1 hour, and saved me a lot of headache, and the price was very reasonable. This is a company that I had needed for several years, who will come to your home when needed and solve your problem so I can spend my time doing my engineering projects and training courses. When my computers crashed recently, Michael took Care of my needs so well, and Impressed me so much, I bought two Computers from him. I now recommend Click Computer Services and Michael to ALL my friends and family every time someone needs repair help without reservation. I do not make recommendations very often nor do I do that lightly. You have to earn that from me. Michael has earned my business and my personal recommendation for life! I found Click by using a quick google search, My desktop was having some issues and Michael discovered that I had two bad sticks of ram. Michael’s customer service is beyond amazing, he has amazing patience and knows what he is doing and talking about. Prices are beyond fair and the work is honest, which is hard to find these days. The turn around was very fast as well I had my desktop back within 24 hours. Click has earned my business from this point on and I would highly recommend Click and or Michael to anyone.

Michael helped me with my dinosaur laptop the same day I called. When he picked it up, it wouldn't run any programs without freezing up indefinitely; when he brought it back to me it now runs like a champ and does everything I need to do. Over a year ago I was referred to Michael at Click for a difficult Outlook upgrade; which he solved very effectively; and I am totally dependent on my laptop for my livelihood. In September I tried using Geek Sqxxd to straighten out what I thought were minor driver conflicts but grew into a series of failures at the end of which I was told to get a new PC.Frankly in desperation I called Click to leave a message on Sunday hoping to deal with what I thought was grim the next day. Not only did I get great help overnight, and an onsite call to help straighten out some wrinkles. The cost was entirely fair and I am in their debt. I am so grateful and confident in Click after relocating to Phoenix I am hoping to keep their support.

I had some serious issues with virus's and some other issues that were affecting my computer and Michael took the time going late into the night to help me fix the issues and give me some very positive feedback. If I could give more stars I would. Michael portrays the charasteristics of an honest business man. I had to replace to hard drive in my computer and he was upfront with me telling me that sometimes it isn't worth it since it is a costly repair at times. I went through with it anyways and Michael picked up my computer from my house and essentially had it done the same day. He worked quickly and even was able to save all the information off of my old hard drive. I can't express my gratitude towards him and this company enough for saving over 5 years of important documents and photos. Would recommend to anyone hands down.

Click Computers provides outstanding service. Michael pays attention to the smallest of details and is an expert at what he does. My computer suddenly was failing and Michael worked diligently to transfer my data remotely. He did an outstanding job. Additionally, he worked until MIDNIGHT, yes I said MIDNIGHT to make sure I was taken care of properly. I highly recommend click computers. Don't go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.

I'm extremely impressed with Click, and so far, I've just spoken to Michael over the phone. He gave me some great advice, at no charge, to help me through until I'm ready to buy something new. *Addendum: Michael just installed a new computer for me after giving me five months of life on my old one. I couldn't be more impressed. He is Knowledgeable, efficient and honest and does it all at a reasonable price.
